About Kirryn
Kirryn Lia Todd is an indie author and poet from Queensland, Australia. She spends most of her time travelling through words and occasionally beating them up, while she’s at it. She regularly traipses across time, causes minor havoc, and attends university when she remembers she’s actually enrolled. She enjoys caffeine, dark chocolate, zines, and loves to sing. When she grows up, she wants to be a Joshua tree.
Her works include Beautiful Wasteland, a novel about pretend deserts and sunsets and falling in love, and Ascent, Or, The Risen And Fallen On The Seventh Floor, a webserial about mad people, demons, and music.

I decided it was high time I got off my backside and got this site into gear, but having it as a static place that listed my bio, works, and how to contact me wasn’t an appealing idea. So, Kirryn.Com has become a weblog, because weblogs are trendy, easy to upkeep, and strangely motivational. I’ve done more writing since turning kCOM into a blog than I have in quite a while, and that’s an awesome thing. Eventually I hope to archive all of my writing here — poems, prose, random snippets, the lot. Someone somewhere will surely get a kick out of it. ♥
